This first-class Adults-Only hotel from the Lopesan Group is located directly on the sea, next to the Maspalomas lighthouse.
The sandy beach can be accessed directly from the hotel.
The airport is approx. 35 km away.

Facilities

The adults-only hotel with 180 rooms features a lobby with reception, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, lifts, a panoramic lobby bar with sea views and terrace, a buffet restaurant, and an à la carte restaurant (for a fee/with local reservation).
The outdoor area includes a swimming pool (heated in winter) with a sun terrace, sun loungers, umbrellas, a pool bar serving refreshing cocktails and a wide selection of drinks.
The hotel also has a rooftop terrace (for a fee) with spectacular views, a restaurant, 2 small pools, sun loungers (for a fee/subject to availability), seating areas, a bar (minimum consumption of approx. €50 per person for food and drinks is mandatory on weekends), and music, perfect for enjoying the sunset. Music/live music is played on the rooftop terrace several times a week/on weekends.

The rooms are modernly furnished, approx. 35 m², and feature air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), safe (free), satellite TV, tea/coffee making facilities, beach bag, pool towels and slippers, an open-plan bathroom (partially with glass front) with shower/WC, hairdryer, and a furnished balcony.
These rooms face the land side (DD2).
