Boutique apartment complex with a total of 18 units, located in the preferred apartment and villa district of Playa del Inglés, in the third row from the beach and quietly situated on a side street.
The beach promenade is approximately 100 m away, and the popular Yumbo Center shopping mall is about a 10-minute walk, while the Cita shopping mall is about a 5-minute walk away.
