Charming, small complex (adult-friendly) with 12 units spread across 3 floors (including ground floor), a reception (open for limited hours during the day), and a sea-facing swimming pool (heated in winter) with sun terrace and loungers. There is direct access to the promenade.

The studios, modernized in 2025, are cheerfully furnished and feature a combined living/sleeping area, kitchenette, TV (free), safe (free), shower/WC, and a furnished balcony. Most studios offer sea views, some partially obstructed by palm trees (S12).
