The apartment complex is centrally located, approx. 150 m to the beach promenade and approx. 400 m from the beach (accessible via stairs).
It is approx. 100 m to the "La Sandia" shopping center with a supermarket, bars, and restaurants. Other shopping centers such as "Yumbo" and "Cita" can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
A bus stop is located in the vicinity.

The small, popular complex has 28 units spread across 4 floors and a reception area with a reception (staffed during limited hours during the day).
Wi-Fi is available for a fee.
The outdoor area features a swimming pool (heated with solar energy in winter), a separate children's pool, and a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas.

1 Bedroom Apartment

The apartments are friendly furnished with a combined living/bedroom with a sleeping facility for the 3rd person, a separate bedroom, a kitchenette with an induction hob and fridge-freezer combination, microwave, coffee machine and toaster, a bathroom with shower/WC, flat-screen satellite TV and safe (included), as well as a large furnished balcony or a large terrace.
(Preferred furnishing regarding balcony or terrace only possible as a non-binding customer request).
A complimentary bottle of water is provided in your apartment upon arrival as a small welcome gift (A12).

2 Bedroom Apartment

These apartments are equipped the same way as the 1-bedroom apartments, but feature a 2nd separate bedroom and a sleeping facility for the 5th person (A22).
