Location

Located in the center of Playa del Inglés, in a side street, next to the well-known Hotel Sandy Beach, approximately 500 m to the sandy beach of Playa del Inglés.
The popular Yumbo shopping center is just a few minutes' walk away.
The airport is about 30 km away.

A total of 40 apartments spread across 5 floors, a swimming pool (heated in winter) with sun loungers, a separate children's pool, pool bar, a reception (staffed at certain hours), a lift, and Wi-Fi areas (free of charge).

The apartments are simply furnished with a combined living area (sleeping accommodation for the 5th person) with a kitchenette (toaster, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, refrigerator), 2 separate bedrooms, air conditioning/heating in winter (centrally controlled, seasonal operation), satellite TV (free of charge), a safe for rent, a bathroom with shower/toilet and hairdryer, and a furnished balcony (A22).
Also bookable for single occupancy (A21).

2-Bedroom Apartments with Terrace

Equipped the same as the 2-Bedroom Apartments, but located on the ground floor and with a terrace (AT2).
From May 1, 2026: Also bookable for single occupancy (AT1).

Equipped the same as the 2-Bedroom Apartments, but located on the upper floors and additionally feature bathrobes, pool towels, and fruit upon arrival (2AU).
