Location

The complex is centrally located, about 100 meters from the beach promenade, from where the beach of Playa del Inglés can be reached via stairs.
The shopping centers "La Sandia", "Yumbo Center" and "Cita" with restaurants, bars and shops are nearby.
The airport is approximately 31 km away.

Facilities

This small holiday complex has 11 apartments spread over 4 floors.
It offers a reception (open for a few hours several times a week during the day, closed on Sundays; otherwise, key collection and support are provided by the property manager and the tour guide) and a Wi-Fi area (free).
An outdoor swimming pool, sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas are available.

1-Bedroom Apartment

The apartments are modernly equipped and feature a living/sleeping area with a sleeping facility for the 3rd person, a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, safety deposit box (rental fee), flat-screen satellite TV (free), a bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, and a separate bedroom, as well as a furnished terrace or balcony (A12).
