Location

This small, 3-story apartment complex is located in the preferred apartment and villa district of Playa del Inglés, directly on the pedestrian promenade above the beach.
You can reach the sandy beach directly via the adjacent promenade (partially via stairs) in a few minutes' walk.
The popular Yumbo shopping and entertainment center is approx. 1.2 km away, the Cita entertainment center approx. 400 m, and La Sandia approx. 1 km away.
The airport is approx. 35 km away.

The adults-only complex (ages 16 and up) with 24 units has a reception (open for limited hours during the day) and Wi-Fi (free) throughout the complex.
The outdoor area consists of a small tropical garden with a saltwater swimming pool (heated in winter) and a sun terrace with loungers and parasols/shade areas.
The complex also offers a roof terrace with spectacular views of the surroundings, the dunes, and the sea.

1 Bedroom Apartment (Ground Floor)

The apartments are comfortably furnished, located on the ground floor, and feature a kitchenette with a refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, and toaster, a small dining area, and a combined living/sleeping area with a sleeping facility for the 3rd person, flat-screen satellite TV, a rental safe, a bathroom with shower/WC, and a separate bedroom, as well as a furnished terrace (A12).
Also bookable for single occupancy (A11).

1 Bedroom Apartment with Sea View (Second Floor)

Equipped the same as the first-floor apartments, but located on the second floor (top floor) and partially offering limited sea views due to vegetation (2AM).
Also bookable for single occupancy (1AM).

Breakfast or Half Board: All meals will be taken at the "Hotel Principado," located approx. 650 m away, in buffet form.
