Location

This bungalow complex is centrally located yet relatively quiet.
It is one of the best-maintained complexes in Playa del Inglés.
Only a few minutes' walk from the main shopping and entertainment centers "La Sandia", "Cita", and "Yumbo".
It is approximately 1 km to the sandy beach of Playa del Inglés.
The airport is about 34 km away.

Facilities

The 76 terraced bungalows are arranged around a spacious, well-kept garden with large lawns and shady tropical trees, featuring an attractive pool landscape heated in winter with small bridges, an integrated children's pool, whirlpool, sunbathing lawn with loungers (free of charge) and a children's playground.
The reception, Wi-Fi throughout the complex (included), a pool bar, and a cozy breakfast restaurant are located in the main building.

1 Bedroom Bungalow

Tastefully and comfortably furnished (approx. 51 sqm) with a combined living room and a built-in sofa bed for the 3rd person, air conditioning (for a fee), satellite TV (free), telephone, dining area with a built-in corner bench and dining table, separate complete fitted kitchen with coffee machine and toaster, microwave, large refrigerator and 2 ceramic hob burners, separate bedroom, small patio for drying laundry, and private furnished terrace, bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, safe (rental).
A few bungalows face the street. Some steps are present (B12).
(Preferred location only possible as a non-binding customer request).
Also available for single occupancy (B11).

Superior Bungalow

Equipped the same as the 1-bedroom bungalows, but with air conditioning (free/individually adjustable in the living room and bedroom), safe (free), and pool towels (free), and located in the interior of the complex (2BU).
Also available for single occupancy (1BU).
