In the heart of Playa del Inglés, in a preferred and quiet location on the beachfront promenade, just a few minutes' walk from the "Yumbo", "Cita" and "La Sandia" shopping centers.
Playa del Inglés beach and the dunes can be reached in a few minutes on foot, partly via stairs.
The airport is approx. 34 km away.

The well-maintained complex, very popular with many regular guests, consists of 3 apartment buildings with a total of 54 apartments and offers a reception (open for a few hours during the day, otherwise a service number is provided), free Wi-Fi, a swimming pool (heated in winter), sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, whirlpool, beach towels available for a deposit, a breakfast restaurant with a terrace, and a small spa area.

Apartment Garden Side Terrace

The tastefully and cozily furnished apartments are on the ground floor and have a living room (sleeping facilities for the 3rd/4th person) with a well-equipped kitchenette (coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle) and dining area, free satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and a rental safe.
Separate bedroom, bathroom with shower/WC with hairdryer, and a furnished terrace (AA2).
The apartments are located on the garden side on the ground floor and have air conditioning (available by the hour and centrally controlled/seasonal/only in the summer months from May to October - for a fee in winter).
Also available for single occupancy (AA1).
