The apartment complex is located right in the center of Playa del Inglés.
The "Kasbah" shopping and entertainment center, along with numerous restaurants, bars, and discotheques, are in close proximity.
The beach of Playa del Inglés is accessible via stairs, approximately 300 m away.
The airport is about 30 km away.

Facilities

The 8-story apartment building has a total of 224 units, a reception, and in the outdoor area, a swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a sun terrace with loungers, and a tennis court.
On the roof of the building, there is a sun terrace with a designated nudist area.

The studios are simply furnished and approximately 40m² in size.
They feature a small kitchenette, a bathroom with shower/WC, a combined living/sleeping area with 2 separate beds (no separate bedroom) and a sleeping facility for a third person, Wi-Fi (free), satellite TV (free/remote control requires a deposit), a rental safe, and a furnished balcony or terrace (S12).
Also available for single occupancy (S11).

Equipped similarly to the studios, these are located on the upper floors (5th-8th floor) and some offer side or direct sea views (S2B).

These feature twin beds or a double bed and a sleeping option for a 3rd person. They also have a bath or shower/WC, kitchenette, LCD TV, rental safe, and a balcony (S12). Also bookable with sea view (SM2).
