This small and charming, 3-story apartment complex is located in the preferred apartment and villa district of Playa del Inglés.
The beach promenade is about 50 meters away, and the popular shopping centers "Yumbo" Center and "Cita" are about a 10-minute walk away.
The airport is approximately 34 km away.

Facilities

The complex with 21 units has a reception (open for a few hours several times a week, otherwise key handover and support is provided by the property manager and tour guide), Wi-Fi area (free), and a small swimming pool and sun terrace with loungers and parasols.
