Centrally located and relatively quiet, the promenade and sandy beach (partly via stairs) are about a 10-minute walk away.
The shopping center "La Sandia" with restaurants and bars is located nearby.
The shopping center "Yumbo" with many bars, restaurants, and cafes, as well as various shopping opportunities, is just a few minutes' walk away.
The airport is about 30 km away.

The hotel, modernized in 2024, is built on different levels (7 or 12 floors) due to its hillside location and construction, with 127 units.
It offers a reception area with seating and a reception desk, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel (free), an elevator, and an inviting buffet restaurant.
In the outdoor area, there is a swimming pool (heated in winter), a whirlpool, sun loungers, and umbrellas, as well as a pool/snackbar.

Junior Suite

The comfortable rooms (approx. 31 sqm) have a combined living/sleeping area with a sleeping facility for the 3rd person, a small refrigerator, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities, satellite TV, safe (free), air conditioning (free), a bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, and a furnished balcony (JS2).
Also available for single occupancy (JS1).
Also bookable as single/child occupancy (J1K).

Junior Suite Superior

Equipped the same as the Junior Suite, but with a larger balcony with a seating area (JU2).
Also available for single occupancy (JU1).

Junior Suite Deluxe

Equipped the same as the Junior Suite Superior, but with "Rituals" toiletries, daily turn-down service, and a large terrace with seating and sun loungers.
The Deluxe Junior Suites are located on the top two floors (J2D).

Equipped the same as the Junior Suite, but with a separate bedroom and a small kitchenette (A12).
