Location

Only the magnificent garden, planted with palm trees, separates the hotel from the beach.
Maspalomas/Playa del Inglés is about 5 km away (public bus connection available). The main road of San Agustin runs behind the hotel.
Some entertainment facilities are located in the immediate vicinity. The airport is 26 km away, and the island's capital, Las Palmas, is 50 km away.

The modern hotel, completely renovated in 2023, features 299 rooms, a reception area with seating and reception desk, elevators, a conference room (for a fee/upon request), Wi-Fi throughout the hotel (free of charge), as well as a main restaurant and several restaurants and bars with different concepts spread throughout the hotel (included/open at different times depending on guest volume).
The large garden/outdoor area includes 3 swimming pools, sun terraces with loungers and umbrellas, a children's pool with a splash park, and a pool/snackbar.
Additionally, the hotel offers an exclusive area (ages 16 and up) for THE RESERVE guests with a pool, sun terrace, loungers and umbrellas, as well as a lounge and bar (open during the day) serving snacks and drinks.

Double Room Premium

The rooms (approx. 26 sqm) are comfortably furnished and feature air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV with Chromecast, complimentary safe, minibar (refilled once daily), high-speed Wi-Fi, an open-plan bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, bathrobes and slippers, coffee machine with capsules (refilled once daily), 2 USB ports, and a furnished balcony.
The rooms face the street side (DXP).
Also bookable for single occupancy (PRW).

Double Room Premium Mountain View

Equipped the same as the Double Room Premium, but with a view of the mountains, street, or surrounding area (PDZ).

Double Room Premium Sea View

Equipped the same as the Double Room Premium, but located in a preferred position and featuring a sea view (P2M).
Also bookable for single occupancy (PEM).

Junior Suite

Spacious (approx. 52 sqm) and comfortably furnished with air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV with Chromecast, complimentary safe, minibar (refilled once daily), high-speed Wi-Fi, bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, bathrobes and slippers, coffee machine with capsules (refilled once daily), and 2 USB ports. This is a combined living/sleeping area, with no visual separation of the sleeping area. The room does not have a balcony (JS2).

Promo Double Room Premium

Equipped the same as the Double Room Premium, but with limited availability and in a less preferred location (1st floor facing the street) (PRZ).

THE RESERVE (bookable for ages 16 and up)

When booking THE RESERVE rooms, the following amenities are included:
An exclusive area with a pool, sun terrace, loungers and umbrellas, pool service (cold drinks), as well as a lounge, an open bar with drinks and snacks (open during the day), and a separate breakfast area.

Double Room Premium Sea View THE RESERVE

Equipped the same as the Double Room Premium and featuring a bathroom with shower/WC (partially with glass front to the sleeping area or open-plan bathroom), a seating area, sea view, and THE RESERVE amenities. Bookable for ages 16 and up.
These rooms are on the 1st floor and have a terrace (2PM).

Double Room Supreme Sea View THE RESERVE

Equipped the same as the Double Room Premium Sea View THE RESERVE, but more spacious (approx. 30 sqm) and additionally with a bathtub (DSZ).
