Location

Approximately 400 m to the promenade and the sandy beach (partially accessible via stairs).
Various shops and restaurants are located in the nearest shopping center, about 400 m away.
A bus stop can be found on the nearby main road of San Agustin.

Facilities

The small complex, renovated in 2021, with 12 units and 2 floors offers free Wi-Fi throughout the complex, a swimming pool (heated in winter), sun terrace with loungers and parasols.
There is no reception.
Key handover is done by the property manager (available for a few hours during the day) or via access code.

The apartments are bright and friendly, featuring a combined living/sleeping area with sleeping facilities for extra persons, kitchenette with microwave, coffee machine, toaster and refrigerator, free Smart TV, rental safe, bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, a separate bedroom with ceiling fan, and a furnished balcony or terrace.
The hairdryer and remote controls for the TV and ceiling fan are available for a deposit (A12).
Preferred amenities regarding balcony or terrace can only be requested as a non-binding customer request.
