Location

La Hila is an apartment complex consisting of a total of 6 apartments spread over 2 floors. It is centrally located in the heart of SAN SEBASTIAN, the island's capital, in one of the town's small side streets, very close to the beautiful plaza with its cozy cafes and restaurants.
The harbor with its cozy cafes and restaurants is just a few minutes away; shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity.

Small apartment house with a total of 6 apartments on 2 floors, 4 standard apartments, 2 duplex apartments. Communal sun terrace on the roof with loungers.

Accommodation

1 Bedroom Apartments (approx. 50 m²)

Modern and functionally furnished, they have a separate bedroom, living room with seating area, TV, and a sofa bed for the 3rd person (child), fully equipped kitchen (no oven) with 4 ceramic hobs, bath/shower, furnished balcony, satellite TV (including German channels), free safe and Wi-Fi included (A12).
Also bookable for single occupancy (A11).

Duplex Apartments (approx. 60 m²)

Same facilities as the standard apartments, but with 2 private terraces, a balcony, and a separate entrance spread over three floors.

Finca guests plan their holidays individually and are often on the move. Therefore, regular check-in times with the tour guides are not held. Instead, each guest has the option to schedule an appointment by phone if needed.
