In immediate vicinity to the sea and only 10 minutes from the fishing village of Puerto Vueltas. The beautiful lava sand beach La Playa can be reached along the small promenade in approx. 400 m. Here you will also find nice restaurants and shops.

Opened in 1999, the complex comprises 74 apartments, which are grouped around the freshwater pool with a children's pool. The garden area with a large sun terrace is equipped with loungers and umbrellas.
Reception open until 10 PM.

The spacious, bright, and friendly furnished apartments (approx. 55 sqm) have a living room with kitchen, dining counter, and sofa bed (for the 3rd person), separate bedroom, bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, rental safe, telephone, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, furnished balcony or terrace (A12).

Best Location Apartment

Schauinsland-Reisen original:
The Best Location apartments, upgraded in Summer 2025, feature a ceiling fan and additional amenities on top of the same amenities as the standard apartments. The rooms are centrally located in the middle section of the U-shaped building in a quiet and sunny position. Some rooms also have a limited sea view (AA2).
Also bookable for single occupancy (AA1).
Available from Summer 2026 under Central Location Apartment (AA2/AA1).
