Location

The beautiful apartment complex, consisting of the two building sections Finca La Roseta and the Borbolán apartments, is a schauinsland-reisen original. Quietly and idyllically located in Valle Gran Rey, surrounded by banana plantations. The road through the valley is about 150 m away. The sea with a natural beach is approx. 400 m away, and the town center is about 500 m away. The typical restaurant “El Palmar” is located right next door. Shops nearby.

The apartment house “Finca La Roseta”, unique in its construction and in the Canarian style, has a total of 12 residential units that differ in layout and size. The small and well-managed apartment house “Borbolán” has 7 residential units.
Both apartment houses share a beautiful tropical fruit garden with a swimming pool and a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, which are available free of charge.
Wi-Fi is included in all apartments.

Accommodation

Apartment “La Roseta” 1 Bedroom

The extremely individually and rustically furnished apartments (approx. 40-46 m² depending on the apartment) with solid wood furniture are equipped with a living room (sleeping accommodation for the 3rd person - smaller sofa bed), a separate bedroom with 2 single beds, and a spacious and modernly furnished kitchenette and satellite TV. All units have a beautiful marble bathroom and a furnished balcony with a side sea view (A12).
Also available for single use (A11).

Apartment “Borbolán” 1 Bedroom

The apartments, approx. 35 m² in size, are located in terraced houses one behind the other and are equipped with a living room with a sofa bed (sleeping accommodation for the 3rd person: smaller sofa bed), a separate bedroom with 2 single beds and a kitchenette, Wi-Fi (incl.), bathroom and furnished terrace.
Apartment Borbalán has a photovoltaic system and produces part of the electricity supply for the apartments itself (AB2).
Also available for single use (AB1).

Apartment “Borbolán” 2 Bedrooms

A small, detached house in the complex, equipped like the “Borbolán” type B apartments, but with an additional 2nd bedroom (22B).
