Location

This quiet property is located in a beautiful setting at the end of a cul-de-sac.
The small complex has a communal pool with barbecue area and a beautifully landscaped garden. It is a perfect place for peace-seeking active holidaymakers.
The complex is situated between El Paso and Los Llanos de Aridane, the perfect starting point for excursions into nature, to the beach (approx. 8 km) or town (approx. 2.5 km).
The nearest supermarket is about 2 km away and the airport is about 30 km away.

Facilities

The 10 residential units are spread out park-like over the charming hillside complex. Terraces with a pool and barbecue area are also arranged on different levels.

The apartments have a living and dining area with an integrated kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom/WC (A12).

1-Bedroom Bungalow

The bungalows have a living and dining area, a separate bedroom, bathroom/WC, and sea and mountain views (B12).

2-Bedroom Bungalow

Equipped with a living and dining area, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom/WC, and a kitchen with an oven, the units also include a garden area, roof terrace, and sea view (B22).

Superior 1-Bedroom Bungalow

With the same amenities as the bungalows, the Superior Bungalows are spread over 2 floors.
The lower level features a living and dining area, WC, terrace, and fireplace. The upper level contains the bedroom and a bathroom (2BU).
Also available for single occupancy (1BU).

2-Bedroom House Private Pool

The house (approx. 130 m²) has 2 floors, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a eat-in kitchen with an island, oven, a covered terrace, and a private pool. The house is not directly within Finca Hermosilla, but on private grounds (H24/"La Cabaña").

Superior 2-Bedroom Villa Private Pool

The villa (approx. 120 m²) features a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living and dining room. The garden (approx. 350 m²) includes a private pool, a covered terrace, and an elevated terrace with panoramic views of the sea and the Aridane Valley (V2U/"El Olivo").

Studio

On request:
The studios have a combined living and sleeping area, a small kitchenette with gas/electric stove, freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine, espresso machine, toaster, and refrigerator.
They also feature a dining area, separate bathroom/WC, and satellite TV (S12).

3-Bedroom House

On request:
The old Canarian house is approx. 120 years old and has 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living and dining room, a separate kitchen with an oven, and 2 terraces with sea views (H32).
