Located directly on the black lava beach of Puerto Naos with direct beach access. Shops and entertainment can be found in the neighboring towns of Los Llanos de Aridane and El Remo. Regular bus service to Los Llanos.

The complex has a total of 1,020 beds. Amenities include a dining room with a terrace, show cooking, snack bar, and 2 elevators in the apartment building. The well-maintained outdoor area features a spacious freshwater pool, which can be heated and serves as a communal pool. It is open for shared use by both complexes (SPC010 and SPC310). Restaurant, 1 children's paddling pool, playground, and sunbathing terrace with loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels available for a deposit and with a fee for changes.

The apartments, approximately 51 sqm, are equipped with a combined living/sleeping area with a separate bedroom, kitchenette with microwave, coffee machine, telephone, satellite TV, safety deposit box for rent, Wi-Fi (incl.), toilet/bathroom with bathtub, terrace or balcony (A12). Some apartments have been renovated (possible only as a non-binding customer request).

The studios, approximately 33 sqm, have a combined living/sleeping area, kitchenette, refrigerator, coffee machine, telephone, satellite TV, safety deposit box for rent, toilet/bathroom with bathtub, terrace or balcony (S12). The studios are not renovated.
Also available for single occupancy (S11).

Equipped like the apartments, with an additional air conditioning, satellite TV in the bedroom and living room, bathroom with rain shower and sea view. The suites have an open wardrobe (S2M).
Also available for single occupancy (S1M).
From summer 26 also bookable without sea view (S2/S1).
