The hotel is located in the Costa Teguise holiday area, approx. 300 m from the small sandy beach Los Charcos and approx. 700 m from the main beach Las Cucharas.
The town center with shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars is also only about 500 m away.

This adults-only complex has a total of 172 apartments (22 two-bedroom apartments and 150 one-bedroom apartments), spread over 3 floors.
It features a restaurant with international buffet, a pool bar, bar lounge, and complimentary Wi-Fi in the reception area (otherwise for a fee).
The reception is open 24 hours a day.
The outdoor area includes 2 swimming pools, one exclusively for the premium area (both heated year-round).
Sun loungers and umbrellas are included.

Premium Serenity Apartment

Same amenities as the one-bedroom apartments with pool view.
These have been renovated and are located in a separate area of the hotel. In addition to the outdoor swimming pool, a separate chill-out area and pool are available for all guests booking a premium apartment.
The apartments also feature a LCD satellite TV, microwave, and toaster. (R2E)
Also available as a one-bedroom apartment for single use (R1E) or with 2 separate bedrooms (ER3) located on the upper floors.
