The upscale resort is located on the dreamlike Playa del Jablillo bay, directly on the promenade of Costa Teguise.
Shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars are in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The fine sandy main beach of Costa Teguise, Playa de las Cucharas, is about a 10-minute walk away.
The capital Arrecife, easily reachable by local bus, is approximately 10 km away.

The hotel has a total of 300 rooms, an elegant reception (24h), Wi-Fi throughout the hotel included, six elevators, a TV room, a renovated buffet restaurant, an à la carte restaurant, and in addition to the pool bar "la Estrella" with a chill-out zone, the show bar "Los Alisios" is available.
The pool area consists of two seawater swimming pools (one of them heated), as well as a separate seawater children's pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included.
