The resort is located on the southern coast of the island, directly on the sea.
It is only about a 5-minute walk to the center of the small fishing village of Playa Blanca and the Marina Rubicon marina.
The sandy bay "Playa Dorada" is just a few steps away.
Due to the privileged location of the hotel, it is the perfect starting point for walks on the beach, a visit to Timanfaya National Park, where you can see a volcanic landscape like nowhere else on Earth, or to enjoy the breathtaking works of art by Cesar Manrique that characterize the island.

The modern 5-star hotel, newly renovated and designed in Summer 2021, features 447 rooms and 14 rooms accessible for disabled guests spread across 3 floors.
The resort also offers an elegant lobby with reception, elevators, cozy bars and restaurants, as well as a lounge with a show stage and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.
In the extensive garden complex, there are 8 swimming pools, sun terraces, loungers, umbrellas (pool towels free of charge), lobby bar "Rendez Vous", two pool bars "Marlin" and "Barracuda", sports bar "Spin Bar", and "Coco Café". Guests of the Preferred Club also benefit from the "Sea Legs" swim-up bar, the Preferred Club Lounge, and the "Sugar Reef" bar overlooking the sea.
