Location

The hotel complex, newly built in 2023 in the south of the island, is located on an arm of the sea of Lanzarote that separates the island from Fuerteventura, offering views of the neighboring island on clear days.
Close to the Marina Rubicón promenade with its sports harbor and only 100m from the beach, the hotel offers an ideal location.
The promenade features restaurants, bars, shops, and leisure facilities.
The airport is approximately a 30-minute drive away.

The complex, built with Canarian elements, features 588 rooms and an additional 132 rooms in the exclusive Royal Level Adults Only area.
The 180m long, air-conditioned infinity pool is one of the highlights.
Furthermore, the complex offers two à la carte themed restaurants (Asian and Mexican), several bars, and two buffet restaurants (one of which is exclusively for Royal Level guests), as well as a theater, event center, several meeting rooms, a wellness center with spa, and a gym.
The outdoor area includes two multi-purpose courts, one for football and basketball (free of charge) and one for pickleball (for a fee), as well as two paddle tennis courts (for a fee).
There is also a children's play area with a children's pool featuring a pirate ship.

Superior Double Room

The modern, brightly decorated rooms feature a combined living/sleeping area with a king-size bed, air conditioning, TV, and an integrated bathroom with a hairdryer. Wi-Fi, safe (included), and mini-fridge (for a fee) are also provided, along with a furnished balcony/terrace. (DSU)

Swim-up Double Room

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, these rooms offer direct pool access. The swim-up pools are heated. (DWP)

Junior Suite

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, these rooms are more spacious (approx. 37sqm) and feature a separate seating area, tea/coffee making facilities, as well as a bathrobe and slippers. (JS2)
