Location

This lovely holiday complex is situated between Marina Rubicon marina and the Papagayo beaches, approx. 3 km from the centre of Playa Blanca.
The apartments are 200 m from the sea and some of them offer sea views.
Opposite the complex, there is a new shopping centre and a small natural beach is located 250 m away.
The airport is approx. 30 km away.

Facilities

The complex comprises 32 ground-floor apartments, a reception (open in the mornings), a reading corner, and extensive garden areas.
Here you will find a swimming pool as well as a children's pool, a whirlpool, and a sun terrace with loungers or Balinese beds (extra charge/subject to availability on site).
The complex also has its own multi-purpose court and free Wi-Fi at reception and in the rooms.
For guests with disabilities, there are wheelchair-accessible ramps to the communal areas.

Standard Apartment

The comfortably furnished apartments (approx. 70m²) consist of one bedroom and a further room with a sofa bed or extra beds for the 3rd and 4th person.
They also feature a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, kitchen utensils, and a small dining area, as well as a living area with a flat-screen TV and two bathrooms with a shower/bath and hairdryer.
Further amenities include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a safe (extra charge) and a furnished terrace.
