The complex, designed in the typical island style, is located in an upscale, quiet residential area, just 20 minutes from the popular Papagayo beaches.
From here, you have a magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean, as well as the islands of Fuerteventura and Los Lobos.
The main shopping streets, shops, and shopping centers of Playa Blanca are only 4 km away, and the international airport is 30 minutes away.

The complex has a total of 48 spacious bungalows, a reception, Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex (Wi-Fi Premium, high-speed up to 3.5 MB), a buffet restaurant, and a bar.
In the extensive outdoor area, there is a swimming pool and a separate children's paddling pool, sun terraces with umbrellas, loungers, and beach towels (pool towels available for a deposit), and a pool bar.

Sea View Villa

Spacious, approx. 85 sqm, with 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds, both rooms with ceiling fans. Large living room with air conditioning and direct access to the terrace. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, satellite receiver, safe, and Wi-Fi (included).
Large, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment, 4-burner ceramic hob, large oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and cutlery, microwave).
Two bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet. Hairdryer, toiletries (available depending on availability and on request locally).

Sea View Relax Villa with Pool

schauinsland-reisen original/Bookable for guests 18 years and older:
With the same amenities as the Sea View Villa, the Relax Villa also features a renovated terrace and, brand new, a "Pila" pool (approx. 4 sqm/small pool for relaxation and cooling off) on the terrace with sea views.
Additionally, a bottle of sparkling wine and four soft drinks are included upon arrival. (VW2)

Comfort Bungalow 2 Bedrooms

These rooms are the same as the villas but with a restricted sea view, offered at a better price (E22).

Deluxe Superior Sea View Bungalow 2 Bedrooms

Same amenities as the Sea View Villa, plus a kettle, slippers, and bathrobe (available on request locally).
The terrace also features a private whirlpool and a barbecue grill (grill package with charcoal, lighter, and a selection of grilled items available on request locally/for a fee), with a total of 2 loungers, 2 chairs, and a table. (2UB)

Dinner in the main restaurant à la carte, from a daily changing menu. Main courses are served at the table. In addition, there is a starter and dessert buffet with hot and cold dishes.
Gourmet breakfast available for an additional charge upon request. Breakfast is served in your room and includes: pastries, bread selection, jams, cold cuts, cheese, smoked fish, yogurt, cereals, fresh juices, tea, and coffee.
