The hotel complex, newly built in 2023, is located in the south of the island on an arm of the sea separating Lanzarote from Fuerteventura, offering views of the neighboring island on clear days.
Close to the Marina Rubicón promenade with its sports harbor and only 100m from the beach, the hotel boasts an ideal location.
The promenade features restaurants, bars, shops, and leisure facilities.
The airport is approximately a 30-minute drive away.

The exclusive Royal Level Adults-only area is integrated into the main Barceló Playa Blanca complex.
The complex, built with Canarian elements, has a total of 720 rooms, with 132 of them located in the Royal Level area.
You will have access to a private lobby with personal check-in and check-out service, as well as a private pool for Royal Level guests with its own pool bar and exclusive buffet restaurant. Additionally, as a guest of the Royal Level area, you will receive a welcome gift and VIP services (e.g., free parking; subject to availability on-site/preferred check-in and check-out with a dedicated reception area), initial minibar refill included (further refills for a fee), daily coffee and tea service, free safe, bathrobe and slippers, pool towels (free daily change), and poolside service.
The 180m long, air-conditioned infinity pool is one of the highlights.
Furthermore, the complex offers two à la carte themed restaurants (Asian and Mexican), several bars, and two buffet restaurants (one of which is exclusive to Royal Level guests), as well as a theater, event center, several conference rooms, a wellness center with a spa and gym.
The outdoor area features two multi-purpose courts, one for football and basketball, and the other for pickleball, as well as two paddle tennis courts.
