Location

Located directly above the picturesque fishing harbor of Puerto del Carmen, this apartment complex is bright and friendly.
Stairs lead to the upper areas of the complex as well as down to the harbor and the old town.
The small bay for swimming and diving (with a dive center) is approximately 1,000 m away. Several supermarkets and entertainment options are located in the immediate vicinity.

Facilities

This very popular holiday complex, with its excellent central location, features 167 apartments arranged in terraces. It offers a reception area with a spacious freshwater pool, a separate small children's pool, a pool bar, and a sun terrace with sun loungers.
There are no beach towels provided.

Modern, appealing, and functional, with a separate bedroom, living area with a sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th person, ceiling fan, satellite TV (for a fee), telephone, kitchen and dining area (kitchenette with coffee maker and filter holder, and microwave), refrigerator, rental safe, ironing board/iron, bathroom with bathtub/WC, hairdryer, and a furnished terrace or balcony.
