Location

The expansive Las Gaviotas complex is separated from Matagorda beach only by the newly designed promenade.
Some of the superior bungalows are located directly on the beachfront (approx. 50 m to the beach).
Shops and entertainment venues are in the immediate vicinity (Matagorda Shopping Centre, approx. 50 m away).
The centre of Puerto del Carmen is approx. 3 km away and can be easily reached on foot via the beach promenade.
A bus stop with bus connections to Puerto del Carmen and Arrecife is reachable in approx. 10 minutes on foot.

The charming complex, with its typical island architecture, features 133 bungalows spread across 6 separate areas, each with its own pool (3 with children's pools, 3 pools heated in winter). Furthermore, a beautiful park and garden area with loungers and parasols (included and fixed to the ground) as well as a sun terrace invite you to relax.
Further facilities include the 24-hour reception and a snack bar.
The complex is located directly on the beach (depending on the room location, it is between 50m and 800m to the beach).

Superior Apartment

The apartments have been renovated and feature a living room with an extra bed, fan, additional air conditioning, Wi-Fi (included), telephone, flat-screen satellite TV, and a separate bedroom with large wardrobes, a safe (for a fee and with advance booking), a fully equipped kitchen (glass-ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and dishes), and a bathroom, mostly with a shower and partly with a bathtub, and a hairdryer.
All apartments have a private terrace with a small garden, chairs, and a table, as well as loungers.

With the same amenities as the Superior Apartments, these rooms feature a bathroom with a shower (some with a raised entrance via a small step). The distance to the beach is approx. 800 metres. (A2S)
