Location

Located above Playa de las Americas, near the water park, the complex is approx. 1,500 m from the beach. Small shops, bars, and restaurants are in the vicinity. A minibus runs regularly to the beach (free of charge).

With a total of 375 apartments spread across 2 floors and 20 different building blocks, this complex, in its category, is one of the most beautiful in the south of Tenerife. It was renovated in 2013 and caters to an international clientele. The pool with an integrated children's pool is surrounded by sun loungers. Mattresses and parasols (for a fee).

Accommodation

Studios

The studios are equipped with two single beds, a small kitchenette with a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, as well as a shower/bath, toilet, terrace or balcony. Telephone only for receiving calls.

Apartments

The amenities of the apartments are the same as the studios, but with a separate bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area for the 3rd and 4th person.

Upper Floor Apartments

Same amenities as the apartments, but located on the upper floors.

Meals

Room only (also bookable as Type B), Breakfast, Half Board or All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style. Snacks at the pool bar from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM (small buffet with hamburgers, hot dogs, potatoes, and stir-fried dishes). Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 10:30 AM to 10:30 PM included.

Sports for a fee
