In the Costa Adeje district. A small cove (with direct access from the pool area) is located near the Puerto Colon marina, and the lively promenade is directly at the hotel.

The well-known aparthotel, particularly suitable for families, features a lobby with reception, a lounge, a non-smoking restaurant "Globi's Bite" with air conditioning and a terrace (one with a children's corner), a themed restaurant (reservation required at reception, dinner included once per stay for minimum stays of 7 nights, twice per stay for Excellence guests) with a terrace overlooking the ocean, a card game room, and a bar. Outdoors, there are two heated (in winter season) freshwater pools with an integrated children's pool, a splash zone, a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas (included), and a pool/snackbar "Bubble-Bar". Bath towels available for a deposit. Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

Comfort Apartment 1 Bedroom (approx. 46 sqm)

The apartments have been newly renovated and are comfortably furnished. They feature a modern bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and magnifying mirror, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and refrigerator, a separate bedroom, and a living room. All apartments have air conditioning, a balcony or terrace, satellite TV, a rental safe, and free Wi-Fi (A12).

Family Apartment (approx. 46 sqm)

The family apartments have the same amenities as the Comfort apartments, but are equipped with a double bed for parents in the living room (and sofa bed) and a separate children's room, themed for families, and additionally include a child stool and bottle warmer. The rooms offer partial pool or garden access (APF).

Superior Apartment Sea View (approx. 42 sqm)

These apartments have the same amenities as the Comfort apartments. Additionally, the rooms offer sea views and enhanced bathroom amenities (ASZ).
Also bookable as type B (M2U) or for single occupancy (ASY/M1U).

Excellence Apartment Sea View (approx. 52 sqm)

The Excellence apartments are high-quality and modernly furnished, with sea views and feature the same amenities as the Superior apartments. Additionally, these rooms have a large balcony or terrace with loungers, a refrigerator upon arrival with a welcome package (drinks), a coffee machine with daily capsule refills, a bathrobe and slippers, enhanced bathroom amenities, a pillow menu, and turndown service. Breakfast is served in the themed restaurant. Excellence guests have the opportunity to dine at the themed restaurant twice per 7-night stay (reservation required/drinks included). (Q12)

A selection of hot snacks, sandwiches, pastries, fruits, juices, coffee, and desserts/ice cream (10:30 AM - 1:00 PM / 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM) are offered at the pool bar.
Lunch (1:00 PM - 3:00 PM) and dinner (6:30 PM - 9:00 PM) are served buffet-style in the main restaurant.
Minor changes to meal times may occur depending on the season and demand.
Additionally, the mini-fridge is refilled daily. Premium brand alcoholic beverages (not included), non-alcoholic, and hot drinks from the AI menu are available at the respective open bars from 11:00 AM to 12:00 AM.
