The family-run complex is located in the Costa Adeje district in a central yet quiet location. Ideal for enjoying a relaxing holiday. The sandy beach is approx. 350 m away. Shops, entertainment options, and the Puerto Colón marina are in the immediate vicinity. The centre of Playa de Las Américas and Troya beach can be reached in approx. 15 minutes.

The popular apartment complex comprises 174 rooms on 4 floors. Facilities include a 24-hour reception with free Wi-Fi access and a cozy lounge area with a large TV for important sporting events. Guests can enjoy the gastronomic offerings in the stylish non-smoking restaurant "Ceramika" and the "Gomera" bar. Other facilities include a coin-operated laundry and a lift. The outdoor area features a heated saltwater pool (in winter) and a separate children's pool, the "Guacamayo" pool/snackbar, a sun terrace with free sun loungers and umbrellas, and pool towels (for a fee and deposit).
