Located in the Costa Adeje district. A small cove (with direct access from the pool area) is situated near Puerto Colon marina, and the lively promenade is right by the hotel.

The well-known aparthotel, which is particularly suitable for families, features a lobby with reception, a lounge, a non-smoking restaurant "Globi's Bite" with air conditioning and a terrace (one with a children's corner), a themed restaurant (reservations required at reception; dinner included once per stay for stays of 7 nights or more, twice per stay for Excellence guests) with a terrace overlooking the ocean, a card game room, and a bar. The outdoor area includes two heated freshwater pools (during winter season) with an integrated children's pool, a splash zone, a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas (included), and a pool/snackbar "Bubble Bar". The apartments have been recently renovated and are comfortably furnished. All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, a balcony or terrace, satellite TV, a safe (rental), and free Wi-Fi (A12).

Family Apartment (approx. 46 m²)

The family apartments have the same amenities as the Comfort apartments but are equipped with a double bed for parents in the living room (and a sofa bed) and a separate children's room, themed for children, and additionally include a child's stool and bottle warmer. The rooms offer partial pool or garden access (APF).

Superior Apartment with Sea View (approx. 42 m²)

These apartments have the same amenities as the Comfort apartments. Additionally, the rooms offer sea views and enhanced bathroom amenities (ASZ).

The Excellence apartments are furnished to a high standard and are modern, with sea views and the same amenities as the Superior apartments. Additionally, these rooms feature a large balcony or terrace with loungers, a refrigerator stocked with a welcome package (drinks) upon arrival, a coffee machine with daily capsule replenishment, a bathrobe and slippers, enhanced bathroom amenities, a pillow menu, and turndown service.
