This hotel is situated in a prime location in Playa de las Américas, amidst a large, subtropical garden. The hotel offers direct access to the beach promenade. It is located approximately 700m from the beach. Reina Sofia South Airport is about 15 km away. Numerous shops, entertainment venues, restaurants, and bars are located in the immediate vicinity.

The hotel offers 251 double rooms, 210 double rooms with sea view, 37 junior suites, and 21 bungalows. In addition to the renovated reception, it features a restaurant, a renovated pool restaurant "La Choza", a snack bar on the beach promenade, an Italian à la carte restaurant with show cooking and table service, a fitness room, a renovated piano bar in the hotel lobby, free internet corner, and a souvenir shop. In the garden area, there are 2 swimming pools (one heated, only in winter), as well as 1 separate children's pool and a pool bar. Sun loungers are included. Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel.
The hotel also has a Japanese restaurant "Sakura" (children aged 8 and above) and the bar "Mikes Coffee".

Same amenities as double rooms with pool or sea view, plus a Nespresso coffee machine (refilled daily), safe, minibar (for a fee), welcome basket on arrival day (without alcoholic beverages; no refills), pillow menu, bathrobe, slippers, daily newspaper, turndown service, welcome gift, VIP bathroom amenities, exclusive pool towels.

At the snack bar, you can get a late riser breakfast from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM, and snacks from 12:00 PM to 6:30 PM à la carte with table service. National alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM. All drinks and snacks not on the AI list are subject to a charge. Once a week, depending on availability and with reservation, meals are possible in the Italian restaurant or the Japanese restaurant (children aged 8 and above).
