Located in the resort area of Playa de las Américas, approx. 300 m from the sandy beach and a few minutes' walk from the center, this hotel belonging to the Spring Hotels chain offers a convenient base.

Facilities

This comfortable complex comprises 371 rooms spread over 8 floors. The hotel features a spacious lobby with reception, a lounge area, restaurant, pool/snackbar "Palapa", sports bar "Maracaná", two further bars, and a chill-out terrace. In the beautiful tropical garden, there are two swimming pools (one heated in winter), a new pool with hydromassage jets, and a separate children's pool, a sun terrace with loungers, and a seating terrace. For a fee, the new Balance Terrace with a 3-meter cube pool can be used (for guests aged 18 and over). Selected drinks are included with this booking.

Double Room

The beautifully furnished rooms (approx. 30-35m²) feature a telephone, air conditioning, satellite TV with music channel, a safe (rental fee), Wi-Fi (included), minibar (for a fee), bath/WC, hairdryer, and a balcony (D/DI).
Also available for single use (DE/DEI).

Deluxe Superior Double Room ("UP Room")

Bookable for ages 18 and over. These rooms offer the best views/location (predominantly on the top floors) and are approx. 30-35 m² in size. They also feature air conditioning, 49" satellite TV, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, minibar, Wi-Fi (included), pillow menu, coffee/tea maker and Nespresso machine (tea & coffee capsules – refilled free of charge upon request), pool towels and welcome gift, safe (included), technology set with Bluetooth speakers, and a balcony.
Additional services include exclusive access to the "Rooftop UP Terrace" with an infinity pool and two jacuzzis, bar service with snacks and drinks from 10 am to 6 pm included (soft drinks, sparkling wine, and beer). Furthermore, a romantic dinner for two at the "eat and fit" restaurant (minimum stay 7 nights; reservation required), a spa circuit, and one massage per person at the Thalasso Spa (minimum stay 7 nights for both; reservation required). Access to the lounge area with a reading zone (national and international newspapers), TV, and internet corner in the business center is also included (D2U).

Double Room Balance Pool View

With the same amenities as the Double Room Pool View, these rooms offer additional conveniences such as complimentary pool towels, bathrobe, slippers, a free-of-charge safe, and a terrace/balcony.
Guests in Balance rooms also receive complimentary access to the exclusive Balance area (ages 18 and over). This area features its own swimming pool, a refreshment bar with drinks (beer, water, and juices included), and a chill-out zone with a surround sound system (APD). Also bookable as type B (PBD).
Available for single use as well (EAP).
