Location

This apartment complex is centrally located in Playa de las Américas. The nearest beach is only about a 4-minute walk away, and a wide range of restaurants, bars, entertainment, and shopping facilities, as well as Siam Park, are close by. The "Golf Las Americas" golf course is 2 km away.
Tenerife South Airport is only 16 km from the complex. The Magma Art and Congress Centre is 800 m away, and Siam Water Park is a 12-minute walk away.

Facilities

The complex has a total of 28 studios, a 24-hour reception (at the neighbouring hotel Paraíso del Sol, where check-in takes place), Wi-Fi throughout the hotel complex (incl. rooms) included. The outdoor area features two pools. One pool at Paradero (heated). A freshwater pool is located at the neighbouring hotel Paraíso del Sol. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. It also has a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, a pool bar, and a children's pool. Beach towels are available for a fee. Guests can use all facilities of Paraiso del Sol (bars, new buffet restaurant, etc.). Check-in is at the main reception of Paraiso del Sol.

All units have been renovated and include a kitchenette with a fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, a bathroom with a hairdryer, TV, telephone, safe (for a fee), and a balcony or terrace. Wi-Fi (included). Cleaning 5 times a week. Bed linen is changed twice and towels 3 times a week (S12).
Also available for single occupancy.
