The resort is located just approx. 100 m from the tourist center of Playa de las Américas. The sea and some restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, and the beach is approx. 700 m away. Tenerife South Airport is approx. 20 km from the hotel.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style in the buffet restaurant. Snacks from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, coffee/tea, pastries, and ice cream from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Non-alcoholic and local alcoholic beverages, as well as selected cocktails (daily menu), are available from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM at the bars that are open.

All Inclusive Emblem Additional Service

When booking Emblem room categories, the following AI services are additionally included: For early arrivals, food and drinks are available from 9:00 AM; for late departures, until 4:00 PM. Additional juices, cocktails, and international drinks from the "Emblem Menu" are available at the open bar. Use of the "Picnic" restaurant for breakfast, lunch, or dinner (subject to availability).
