Location

Located at the entrance of Playa de las Américas, not far from Los Cristianos and the golf course. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away. In the immediate vicinity, you will find many small restaurants and bars, as well as good shopping opportunities. A bus stop is located very close by.

Facilities

The complex is spread across 2 buildings with a total of 46 residential units. It features a reception and a poolside snack bar. The pool has an integrated children's pool for the little ones. Sun loungers are available free of charge.

Accommodation

Studios

The nicely furnished studios have two single beds, a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a small refrigerator, a bathroom with bath or shower, telephone, satellite TV (free), safe (for a fee), and a balcony. Also available for single occupancy.

Superior Studio

Same amenities as the studios, plus a minibar (included on arrival) and a coffee machine (capsules included on arrival).

Studio with Solarium

In addition to the same amenities as the Superior Studio, this room features a sun terrace with loungers, towels, and a bathrobe.
