The apartments are located in a privileged position, directly on "Las Vistas" beach. Bars and restaurants, as well as the shopping center, are in close proximity. The port of Los Cristianos is approximately 800 meters away.

Completely renovated in 2021, the apartments are approx. 59 sqm and feature a living/dining area, a kitchen with ceramic hobs, kettle, microwave, air conditioning, coffee machine and toaster, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with shower, satellite TV, telephone, safe (free of charge), Wi-Fi (free of charge), free internet access, and a balcony or terrace.
The apartments can be on two levels or one level (A12).

1 Bedroom Duplex Apartment with side sea view

With the same amenities as the apartments, these rooms are larger, additionally offer a side sea view, and have air conditioning (DU2).

Premium Apartment (TFSB63)

These apartments are located on the 1st floor and offer one bedroom. With otherwise similar amenities to the standard apartments, they are more spacious and spread over 2 levels connected by a staircase (2PA). Optionally bookable with two bedrooms (located on the 2nd floor/22P) or three bedrooms and sea view (located on the 1st floor and approx. 124 sqm/PN2).

Apartment with sea view (TFSB63)

With otherwise similar amenities to the 1-bedroom apartment, these feature a sleeping area connected to the living area by a staircase. These apartments are all located on the 1st floor (APM). Optionally also bookable with two bedrooms (22M, located on the 2nd floor).

3 Bedroom Apartment with sea view (TFSB63)

These apartments are equipped similarly to the duplex apartments, on 2 levels with a balcony on the ground floor and a terrace on the upper floor (33M).

2 Bedroom Apartment (TFSB63)

The apartments without sea view consist of 2 bedrooms, each with four single beds, one bathroom, a sofa bed as an extra sleeping option, and a terrace. They also feature internet (free), safe (free), satellite TV, and individually controlled air conditioning (A2T).
