The hotel, built in Mexican style, is separated from the sea only by the beach promenade. The courtyards, corridors, and stairs are very decoratively and stylishly connected. It is approx. 20 km from Tenerife South Airport. Shops, restaurants, and bars are in the immediate vicinity.

The rooms are individually and comfortably furnished in Mexican style. They feature a bath/WC (incl. hairdryer), ceiling fan, individually controlled air conditioning, I-home, bathrobe and slippers, telephone, minibar for a fee (1 bottle of water on arrival), Nespresso machine, satellite TV, safe (free), and a balcony or terrace (D). Garden view (DG) or sea view (DM) can be booked at an additional cost.

The junior suites are equipped like the double rooms, but are larger and have a seating area. All junior suites have a sea view (J2M).
