Slightly elevated, with beautiful panoramic views of the sea and the town/Teide.
The Teide side is separated from a main road by a garden, and the centre is about a 10-minute walk away via stairs (500 m), as are the "Lago Martiánez" seawater pools (approx. 500 m).
There is a free hotel bus to the "Martianez" shopping centre from Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings.
Tenerife North Airport is approximately 25 km away.

It also features well-maintained, tastefully furnished common areas with a lounge and lounge bar, as well as a renovated buffet restaurant overlooking the garden.
The attractively designed garden area with renovated sun terraces, loungers, and sunshades includes 2 freshwater pools and the renovated pool bar.

Double Room Superior

These approximately 25m² rooms have parquet flooring and feature a bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, minibar (empty included/refill at a charge), TV (German channels), rental safe, air conditioning (seasonal/centrally controlled), Wi-Fi (included), and a balcony (DSU).
Optionally available with sea view (DMU) or for single occupancy (DSE/DME).
Also bookable as Double Room Superior Type I (DSI) / Type A (DAS) or Superior Sea View Type A (MSA) at a special price. Type A rooms are only bookable with All-Inclusive.

Magnus Double Room (from 16 years)

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, the Magnus Rooms offer additional bathrobes and slippers, a filled minibar upon arrival (water, beer, soft drinks), and are located in a privileged position on the 7th floor (PDZ).
Optionally available with sea view (2PM).

Junior Suite

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, these rooms are slightly larger at approximately 31m² (JS2).
