Location

Prime location in the center of Puerto de la Cruz, separated from the promenade and "Lago Martiánez" only by a street. A shopping center with a parking garage borders the large garden area behind the hotel. The town center and the seawater swimming pools are about a 5-minute walk away. The North Airport Los Rodeos is about 20 minutes away. From the hotel, you have a spectacular view of the sea and Mount Teide.

The hotel has 293 rooms, including 37 junior suites, spread across 17 floors. It offers a lobby, 3 elevators, a conference room, a hairdresser, a bar, a main restaurant with international buffets, and two à la carte specialty restaurants (Mediterranean and Italian specialties). The outdoor area features a large subtropical garden with a spacious pool landscape consisting of two heated freshwater pools for adults, a children's pool, a pool restaurant, and a sun terrace with free loungers and umbrellas (pool towels available for a deposit).

Accommodation

Double Room

The rooms are approximately 19-26m² in size and comfortably furnished. They feature 2 single beds or 1 king-size bed (customer request), bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, safe (rental fee), minibar (for a fee), and balcony (D).
Also available for single occupancy (DE) and with sea view (DEM/DM) or Teide view (BDE/BD).

Junior Suite

Same amenities as the double rooms, but larger at approximately 40m² and with a living area (partially separated by a door). All junior suites have pool or sea view (only possible as a customer request) (JS2).
Also available for single occupancy (JS1).

Senior Double Room

These are discounted standard double rooms. Both guests must be at least 65 years old (2DY).

Half Board

Breakfast and dinner served buffet style.
Dinner is also possible in one of the themed restaurants upon prior reservation and with a surcharge.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner.

All Inclusive

All Inclusive (A)

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet style. Twice a week, dinner in one of the 2 à la carte restaurants (Mediterranean and Italian specialties) is included with prior reservation.
Snacks at the pool snack bar from 10 AM to 6 PM (10 AM to 7 PM during summer months). Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from the AI menu from 10 AM to 11 PM.
Minibar refill. Bottle of water in the rooms (refillable at any time).
For safety reasons, only plastic tableware is served at the pool/snack bar.

All Inclusive Plus (Q/Premium Package)

All Inclusive Plus includes the following in addition to the basic services: rooms in a preferred location, a bottle of sparkling wine and chocolates upon arrival, free safe, 1 extra dinner per stay in one of the à la carte restaurants (reservation required), free Wi-Fi, minibar stocked upon arrival (no refill). Coffee/tea making facilities and a 15% discount on premium drinks not included in the selection.
Early check-in and late check-out (subject to availability).
Selection of international alcoholic beverages at the lobby bar.

Note

Wearing a bracelet is required to utilize the All Inclusive and Half Board services. Alcohol will not be served to guests under 18 years of age.
