The renovated Hotel Alua Tenerife is located in Puerto de la Cruz. The town center is approx. 1 km away, and the volcanic sand beach Playa Jardin, a work by artist Cesar Manriques, is about a 2-minute walk away (approx. 150m). Tenerife North Airport is approx. 25 km away, and Reina Sofia Airport is approx. 80 km away.
The world-famous Loro Parque can be reached in about a 10-minute walk.

Facilities

The extensively renovated family hotel has 424 rooms on 5 floors, accessible by 6 elevators. In addition, the building has a panoramic elevator that goes to the top floor, where there is a terrace with impressive views of the city and coast. The hotel's facilities also include a reception and 2 conference rooms. The hotel has a very beautiful and spacious pool area with 2 outdoor pools (one heated), including 1 children's pool (sun loungers and umbrellas included), heated indoor pool (for a fee), pool towels (for a deposit), and a children's playground. There is a mini-market, 3 bars, a buffet restaurant, and an à la carte restaurant (for a fee).

The modern and comfortable double rooms, approx. 32m², feature a combined living/sleeping area with a double bed or 2 single beds, a bathroom with a rain shower/toilet and hairdryer, air conditioning, safe (incl.), mini-fridge (unstocked), kettle with coffee and tea, satellite TV, telephone, and a furnished balcony or terrace facing the street (D).
Wi-Fi is included in all rooms.

There is a bedroom and a bathroom on each floor; the lower floor has pool view, and the upper floor has sea view (QX2).
