The terraced apartment complex is situated amidst a well-maintained garden. The complex features 29 spacious, renovated apartments (approx. 60-80 m²). Recommended for guests who appreciate comfort and independence, and prefer an individual experience. Located in a sheltered and sunny spot near Taoro Park. The property is in a quiet residential area above the vibrant town of Puerto de la Cruz. The old town center and the beach are approximately a 15-minute walk away.

Superior Apartment with Side Sea View (approx. 70 m²)

All apartments face west. They feature a living area with a dining space and kitchenette, TV with German channels, telephone, a separate bedroom, a bathtub and separate shower, WC, and hairdryer. Located on the 2nd to 5th floors, they have a large furnished terrace with comfortable seating. Enjoy a magnificent view over the Orotava Valley, Mount Teide, and the Atlantic Ocean (2AQ).
Also available for single occupancy (1AQ).

Superior Apartment 2 Bedrooms (approx. 80m²)

With the same amenities as the Superior Apartment with Side Sea View, these Superior Apartments with 2 Bedrooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floors. Most rooms offer a side sea view (2AU).

Economy Apartment (approx. 60 m²)

The apartments are equipped with a living area and dining space, kitchenette, TV with German channels, telephone, a separate bedroom, a bathroom, and a terrace with a table and two chairs. They are situated in less desirable locations, facing the rear of the complex without a specific view (SSA).

Run of the House (bookable until 31.10.25)

When booking this room type, the hotel will assign accommodation based on availability. These rooms are only bookable for specific periods, with limited availability and special conditions (RO2).
