Location

Centrally located on a lively street on the western outskirts of Puerto de la Cruz. The town center and the popular "Plaza del Charco" are about a 15-minute walk away. The "Playa Jardin" lava beach, with its fine black sand, designed by the famous Canarian artist César Manrique, is only about 250 m away. The bus station is in the immediate vicinity.

The multi-story apartment complex, popular with German guests, offers a lobby with a 24-hour reception, elevators, a bar, a hairdresser, a fitness room, a coin-operated laundry, and an outdoor area with a swimming pool (heated in winter) and a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas.

Apartment (approx. 32m²)

The total of 243 apartments are approximately 30 m² in size, with a living room and a sofa bed for the third person, telephone, satellite TV, a safe for rent, a kitchenette, a separate bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom/WC, and a balcony (A12).
Also bookable for single occupancy (A11).
From Summer 2025:
Renovated apartments on the 13th floor with a view of Teide are bookable for an extra charge (A1R).
