Location

The holiday resort of Puerto de Santiago, near the impressive cliffs of Los Gigantes, is becoming increasingly popular with many German holidaymakers. A black lava beach is located just under 600m away on the other side of the street. The town center with supermarkets (50m away) and shops is also about 500m away. Near the complex there is a public bus and taxi stand (50m away) as well as small bars, restaurants and 1 shopping center with a pharmacy (approx. 500m). The hotel is located on a main road.

Facilities

The apartment hotel with only 79 apartments is spread over 7 floors. High-quality materials were used in its construction. Facilities include a reception, elevators, a lounge/TV room, a restaurant, a snack bar, a swimming pool on the 4th floor with a children's pool and a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas. Pool towels are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex.
