The facilities of this largely modernized traditional hotel with 224 rooms on 9 floors include 3 elevators, a lobby, lounges (all non-smoking), a lobby bar (evenings), a pool and snack bar, and a large air-conditioned non-smoking buffet restaurant. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel.
Small garden with a heated freshwater pool (1.11.-30.4.), sun terrace, and sunbathing lawn (loungers and umbrellas included). The hotel also has a children's water park.

The rooms (approx. 20 sqm) have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Ocean View, but are located on the 5th or 6th floor. Available with ocean view (DMO) or Teide view (DTO) for an extra charge.
