Location

Located on a small hill, the hotel offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the city.
The sea water swimming pools and the center are about 300m and 10 minutes' walk away, respectively, via stairs or a street. Shops and restaurants in the La Paz district and the Botanical Garden are also reachable within about 10 minutes' walk.

This traditional, extensively modernized hotel has 224 rooms on nine floors, three elevators, a lobby, lounges (all non-smoking areas), a lobby bar (open in the evenings), a swimming pool with a snack bar, an impressive bar on the 7th floor with breathtaking views, and two whirlpools (the "BAR THE TOP"). (This bar is not included in the all-inclusive offer.) There is also a spacious, air-conditioned non-smoking buffet restaurant. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Guests can use a small garden with a heated swimming pool (open from January 1st to April 30th), a solarium, and a sunbathing lawn (with loungers and umbrellas). The hotel also offers a children's water park with a new infinity pool and a recently opened Splash Bar.
The hotel has central air conditioning and free parking (subject to availability).

These rooms do not have a balcony but offer a large window with a city view and Wi-Fi (included).

Same amenities as the double rooms with sea or Teide view, but located on the 1st floor and featuring a spacious terrace with sun loungers. Upon arrival, you will find water, a fruit basket, a bathrobe, and slippers in your room (€2).

Young Traveller Room

Penthouse Room

The Penthouse room is located on the 7th floor of the hotel and offers a fantastic sea view and maximum comfort. 55-inch TV, large double bed, safe (for a fee), minibar, bathrobe and slippers, kettle, bathtub and shower, and a large terrace with comfortable sun loungers. (P2)
