The hotel is located in Playa Paraiso, directly by the sea. A small beach and shopping facilities are about 500 m away. Costa Adeje is about 10 km away, and Tenerife South Airport is approximately 30 km away.

The hotel, completely renovated in 2020, consists of a 9-story main building and a 5-story annex building with 422 rooms. It features a reception, a buffet restaurant, two additional buffet restaurants (Asian, Italian), a grill restaurant by the pool, and a lobby bar. The outdoor area includes an infinity pool (unheated), 3 swimming pools (1x adults-only), a children's pool with slides, and a baby pool (all heated in winter), a sun terrace with free loungers and umbrellas, and a pool bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex and in the rooms.

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, the family rooms additionally feature a separate living area with a sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower, a separate toilet, and a balcony (DF2).
