The hotel is located in Playa Paraiso, directly on the sea. A small beach and shopping facilities are about 500 m away. Costa Adeje is about 10 km away and Tenerife South Airport is approx. 30 km away.

The hotel, completely renovated in 2020, consists of a 9-story main building and a 5-story annex building with 542 rooms. It has a reception, a buffet restaurant, two further buffet restaurants (Asian, Italian), a grill restaurant by the pool, and a lobby bar. The outdoor area includes an infinity pool (unheated), 3 swimming pools (1x Adults-Only), a children's pool with slides, and a baby pool (all heated in winter), a sun terrace with free loungers and umbrellas, and a pool bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex and in the rooms.
