The hotel is located in Playa Paraiso, directly by the sea. A small beach and shopping facilities are reachable within approximately 500m. Costa Adeje is about 10km away, and Tenerife South Airport is approximately 30km away.

The hotel, completely renovated in 2020, consists of a 9-story main building and a 5-story annex building with 542 rooms. It features a reception, a buffet restaurant, two additional buffet restaurants (Asian, Italian), a grill restaurant by the pool, and a lobby bar. In the outdoor area, there is an infinity pool (unheated), 3 swimming pools (1 Adults-Only), a children's pool with slides, and a baby pool (all heated in winter), a sun terrace with free loungers and umbrellas, and a pool bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex and in the rooms.

The double rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, sofa, air conditioning, mini-fridge, satellite TV, safe (free of charge), Wi-Fi (free of charge), and balcony or terrace (D). Optionally, they can also be booked for single use (DE) or with a sea view (DM).

With otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, the family rooms additionally feature a separate living area with a sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower, separate WC, and a balcony (DF2).
Optionally, they can also be booked as a family room with 2 bedrooms, a balcony and two bathrooms, each with a shower (2FZ), or as a family room type B with 2 bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower, and a balcony or terrace (FAB).
